"I’ve known Chad & Teresa for over 20 years. I first med Chad at Weyerhaeuser Company in Federal Way where we both worked. He was a well-respected and talented electrical engineer I wanted to have on my high-visibility project. We needed someone with his background and work ethic. "Let me start out by saying this entire team is amazing. They work hard, diligently, and make sure you are taken care of. The Goelzer Home Team helped me and my wife buy our first home. We had very particular needs and a very tight budget. Plus, we were moving from out of state. We started looking in WA a few years ago.
